Happy Endings

There's nothing we like better than to see pictures of our cats in their new homes! Here are just a few of the pictures we've received from our adopters.

If you have adopted one or more of our cats, we'd love to add your pictures to our collection! Please send them to kirsten@catangel.org, and we'll try to include them in this section of our website!

Pooh and Paddington lounge on the piano
bench in their new forever home. (Click on
the picture to see the entire view.)

Lila's new mom reports that she is their "little lady of leisure". Lila's favorite activities are napping perched on the backs of chairs, giving head massages with her front paws, ...and getting anoccasional taste of Haagen Dazs ice cream.

Jillian adopted her new family in November 2005. She's seen here with her two new "big brothers", Ace and Gary. Jillian is the beautiful little grey cat on the right.

Little Jillian is so adorable, we included this close-up view from the same picture. What a beauty-kitty she is!

Here's darling Hillary in her punkin-head costume
(left) for Halloween, and her Santa hat (above)
for Christmas. Her meowmy say that she doesn't
mind wearing her costume at all as long as she is
allowed to sit in her favorite place - the bathroom
sink!

Pattie was adopted in spring 2006 by a couple
who never had a cat before. They are completely
smitten with her, and we are thrilled that she
has found such a fabulous new home.

A few months later, Pattie's new parents adopted her grandsons Pixel and Packet - without even knowing that they were related! So by happy coincidence, the extended family is all living together again.

Otis in the basket. He's a rough-and-tumble "city boy" who has found his forever home with one of our volunteers. Otis is full of energy and curiosity - it's nice to see that he does have an occasional serene moment....
If you've seen our 2005 Holiday Card, you'll love the next two Happy Endings photos!
(Click on the card to see it bigger).

Clark and Lewis (now Bibbles and Belly) snuggle
happily in their new home. The boys were among the 7 kittens featured on our 2005 Holiday Card.

Tiramisu gets into the holiday spirit (among
other things) in her new home. Tira was also
featured on our 2005 Holiday Card.

Altino also appears to really enjoy the
holidays. (Not all Cat Angels cats are
trained to climb Christmas trees!)

John Wayne and Versace (now Rocky and Lox) are the picture of contentment in their new home.

At left, we see Mittens and O'Grey (now Tanuki & Kitsune). The boys are littermates who were adopted together. We just love it when littermates get to go to a new home together! (It looks as if they do, too)

Phantom (formerly Pumpkin) was a CAN
foster cat - who was adopted by his foster mom! Adopting new cats is an occupational hazard of being a foster mom.

Iggy (formerly Marcella) was a declawed stray
found in NE Phila. She came to CAN in Dec. 2005,
and found her forever home in Feb. 2006.

Marie (now named "Sasha") is shown in two poses
her in her new home. Her new mom say she is
very affectionate & likes to be rubbed around
her ears & especially under her chin!

Chester (now Murphy, at right) cuddles with a friend in his new home. See next picture for more!

Chester/Murphy (center) with friends Tip (now Aoife) and Tap (Angus). All three were adopted from CAN in 2005. Tip & Tap were a little on the shy side, and received much comfort from Chester, who reportedly acts like a "big mamma cat" and takes good care of them.

Blaze (now named "Dakota") is shown here lounging
on one of the many perches in her new home.

This lovely little tortieball is named Hillary. She was adopted in January 2006, and her new mom reports that she loves to play with running water in the bathroom sink.

This picture of Montgomery came with this lovely note from his new purrson:

"Attached is a photo of Monty (Montgomery), who I adopted in September 2005.  I snapped this picture of him in his favorite window seat right next to my computer. He is a wonderful, loving and very happy cat who makes me laugh with his exhuberance and spunk. My five year old cat Sam and Monty have become true brothers and friends, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

I knew Monty was going to fit in just fine when on the day I adopted him, I let him out of the carrier and he immediately ran into the living room and grabbed a catnip mouse off the floor...and started trotting through the house carrying the toy in his mouth.  He seemed to feel totally at home, right away, and that made me feel so good.

My best to all of you at Cat Angel, and thank you for the wonderful work that you do.

Warmest regards, Susan (Downingtown, PA)"

Bubbles (now named "Bubba") is seen here relaxing in his new home. What a gorgeous tail he has! His new mom says he gets along great with their dog, Jake and other cat, Picolino. The two cats are frequently seen together sharing a favorite spot next to the wood stove.

Chance and Zinger (adopted in 2004).
Only their new dad knows which one is which!

Jake (adopted in 2005) is the picture of
contentment in his new home.

Parvati (formerly Paloma - right) is shown in her new home with her mentor, Pierre. Her new mom reports that she has "brought back the sparkle in his eye."

Dawn's mom says she "cannot imagine my life without her." She's a big love bug who craves human company and runs to greet everyone who enters her new house.

Noodles (formerly Tawny) caught in a typical cat moment
in this picture sent by his new mom, who say that she is
"so happy for adopting such a wonder-kitty!"

Zoe (adopted in Sept. 2005) plays in her new
home with her new "sister", Jub-Jub.
