CAN
has again been invited this year to have space at
the Chester County SPCA's Walk for Paws. It's on
Sunday, May 4 from 10am til 2pm. We invite you to come out
to visit with us!
We'll have a table set up,
with all manner of goodies available for purchase, including
cat scarves, comfy mats, and our now famous cutting boards.
Our friendly cutting board craftsman will be bringing
hand-crafted Corian cutting boards in the shape of cats and
dog bones -- and in an array of colors sure to coordinate
with your kitchen; these also make excellent gifts! CAN
receives a donation for every cutting board sold.
This year's Walk for Paws
takes place at a new location - Hibernia Park in West Caln,

CAT
ANGEL NETWORK – 9TH ANNUAL BENEFIT CONCERT
 On Sunday, February 24th
2008, Cat Angel Network will hold its 9th annual Benefit
Concert. The concert, which will be held in the Performing
Arts Center – Theatre in the new Swope Hall at West Chester
University, will begin at 3 PM, and a reception will
immediately follow the program. Those who have attended our
past concerts know to expect the unexpected, and to look
forward to a great afternoon. Faculty and Friends of the
School of Music are preparing fun musical selections. Many
of these selections will be accompanied by the ever popular
and entertaining video of cats. Attendees are often amazed
at how well cats’ movements reflect the music being played.
In fact, the gracious movements and silly antics of cats
depict music in a unique and wonderful way. You won’t find
anything quite like this anywhere else. It is free, fun, and
includes food!! Bring your friends and prepare to laugh and
smile as we celebrate cats in a unique way. We depend on
your generosity to make this event a success.

Adoptions |

For information about
our adoption process and submitting an Adoption Application, go
to the
Adoptions
section of the website where
you will find an option "Adoption
Application". Click to open
the online form, complete it and submit it. That's all there
is to it! Our Adoptions Team will process the application as
quickly as possible so the more information you provide, the
better. There is NO obligation for submitting an
application. Once you've
submitted your application, our dedicated volunteers will be
happy to tell you about the kitties and help make
arrangements for you to meet them.

Volunteer Opportunities |

The
Pottstown
PETsMART partnership has
presented us with opportunities to add new
volunteers for many facets of the operation. We will
be accepting applications for Caregivers, Cat Socializers, Fostering, Adoption Helpers, and
assistance in many other categories. We also are
always interested in discussing administrative and
clerical functions which is a wonderful way to
provide assistance for folks who cannot help with
hands-on cat care but would like to participate or
be involved in other ways.
If you are interested in joining the Cat Angel
Network Volunteer Family, please complete a
Volunteer
Application which you can find right here on
our website. Applications also will be available at
both our PETsMART locations. We will be interviewing
new applicants as quickly as possible and are
looking forward to having you join forces with us to
help find homes for the many kitties who are looking

season is already here, and the calls are coming in
fast and furiously! We are in need
of volunteers to foster pregnant mother cats, mother
cats with small kittens, and orphan kittens. We
rescue many kittens in Pennsylvania every year - but we could do so
much more if we had *you* to help us! Click
